THE SPANISH BRAT
Chorizo is the sausage of Spain.
It is a high quality product that originated in the southern part of Spain in the 1600’s where it was produced by monks.

You can pan fry it or grill it like a brat. But, the real beauty of chorizo is that you can prepare wonderful dishes with it.
